Welcome to Our Annual Education Project Spring Fundraiser!

(Our Event is FREE - Additional Guests MUST Register)

This will be a LIVE and a VIRTUAL event that will be available in person and online. Our in-person seating space is limited, so please register today to reserve your spot. To watch online you may access the event on our Care Net of Kittitas County YouTube channel.  

The Spring Fundraiser will be on Saturday, April 17, 2021 starting at 11:00 am. We expect the event to last about an hour. For those watching online click on the YouTube link here to bookmark it ahead of time.

You can look forward to the following:

  • What the Education Project looks like for the upcoming school year with Alejandra Contreras, SRAS the Director of Education.

  • Special guest speaker Jason Soucinek, Executive Director of Project Six19, who will share how parents and guardians are their children’s number one educators, how important it is to speak to their kids at home with the new norm of “Life with COVID,” and will also provide insight and resources to have fruitful conversations in the home setting. 

Jason has dedicated almost two decades to talking honestly about matters of sex, sexuality, and gender. He is an internationally recognized seminar and conference speaker and has worked with thousands of pastors, parents, and youth. Jason can be heard on the following podcasts: Drivetime, Sex + Christian Parents, and CPYU’s “Youth Culture Matters”. He and his wife, Emily, and their three children live in Spokane, Washington.

An opportunity for giving will be available at our in-person event and online. If you choose to give before the event, you may access the EDUCATION PROJECT SPRING FUNDRAISER here.

Restrictions

Masks will be REQUIRED to attend the in-person portion of the event.

(If you don’t have a mask, we can provide one for you)

No food or drink will be served at this event. However, a "Thank You Treat To-Go" will be handed out after our event (a raspberry scone from Daily Bread & Mercantile and coffee by Solid Grounds Coffee Roasting). 

Hand sanitizer will be provided at the entrance of the main doors and all seating will be socially distanced following the current Washington State guidelines.
